NIDRA often referred to as 'yogic sleep', is a deeply relaxing meditation practice that guides practitioners into a state of conscious relaxation. It's a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body is fully relaxed, but the mind remains alert. This practice involves lying in a comfortable position (often Savasana) while the instructor guides you through a series of visualisations, body scans, and breathing techniques.
